V&S Schuler Tubular Products fabricates a wide range of tapered tubular poles for the electrical utility industry at our 100,000-square-foot facility in Muskogee, Okla.
With AISC certification, we produce embedded structures and base-plated structures using galvanized steel or weathered steel.
We use a BSCO high capacity seam welder that can weld poles up to 60’ in length and 80” in diameter. This machine lifts and rotates poles during the seaming process, greatly reducing production time.
We also have a portable seam welder for custom projects.
After all pieces for a structure are manufactured, they go to our fitting and welding stations.
All fitters and welders must pass a rigorous skills evaluation conducted by an independent third-party firm, ensuring they’re certified and meet our high standards.
We also have Certified Welding Inspectors on staff.
There are multiple quality checks throughout the fabrication process, and we perform a final quality check once your product is finished. We also prepare it for the protective coating of your choice.
We ship anywhere domestically and abroad, and we offer several shipping options to meet your specific requirements: we can ship partially assembled structures, ship all material at once, or store material until you want us to ship it.
