V&S Schuler has supplied transmission and distribution towers to the electrical utility industry for more than 80 years. Our five fabrication facilities all hold AISC certification.
V&S Schuler Engineering, Inc.
fabricates structural steel at our 58,000 square foot facility in Canton, Ohio. That facility features two Peddinghaus Anglemasters capable of punching and shearing angles up to 6” x 6” x 5/8”, and a Peddinghaus drill line capable of drilling and structural shape up to 36” wide. We also use a burning table with multiple oxygen and high definition plasma torches for simultaneous cutting, allowing us to make short work of base plates and connection plates. We use plasma torches for smaller, more precise pieces.

Our 100,000 square-foot facility in Muskogee, Oklahoma. BSCO high capacity seam welder to that can weld poles up to 60’ in length and 80” in diameter. This machine lifts and rotates poles during the welding process, greatly reducing production time. We also have a portable seam welder for custom projects

Featuring two bays that are 55’ wide by 450’ long and seven overhead cranes – several of which can carry up to 30 tons when synchronized – this 57,000 square-foot facility near Cleveland, Ohio, is equipped to handle projects of any size.
