Steve Mikolsky, Operations Manager of V&S Schuler Engineering’s facility in Burton, Ohio, has nearly 20 years of experience in engineering, construction and fabrication projects.

He came to V&S Schuler in 2022 from Nova Structural Steel in Cleveland, where he was an Estimator and Project Mgr. for several years.

Prior to that position, Mikolsky was a Railroad Steel Fabrication Estimator / Project Manager at Vossloh North American – Cleveland Track Material. He also has experience as a Sales Representative at several companies.

From 1997 – 2006, Mikolsky owned and operated a supermarket in Chardon, Ohio. He then owned a convenience store in Concord, Ohio, from 2008-2013. He holds a Civil/Structural Design degree from Cuyahoga Community College.
