As V&S Schuler Utilities Group transitioned from a branch of V&S Galvanizing to a a standalone organization under Hill & Smith PLC, Tiffany Frame came on board as Human Resources Manager for all group companies in July of 2024.

Based at V&S Schuler Engineering in Canton, Ohio, Frame oversees employee payroll, employee relations, employee training and discipline, recruiting new employees and onboarding new employees.

Frame has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources, most recently holding the position of HR Manager at Green Meadows Paper Company in Massillon, Ohio, a leading manufacturer of corrugated cardboard and corrugated medium.

Prior to GMPC, she was the HR Manager at TremCar USA in Strasburg, Ohio, a manufacturer of tank trailers and tank trucks.
